I am here to equip individuals to build lifelong strength, resilience, and confidence through structured, progression-based coaching. I teach my clients to train with purpose, not punishment, by intentionally structuring training sessions to address what most approaches overlook:

mobility, rotation, stability, unilateral strength, and joint integrity - alongside progressive strength and conditioning.

This is performance driven training with longevity as the priority. The objective is not short term results, but durable strength, efficient recovery, and the capacity to train well for years, not seasons. ​

My aim is to build capacity for my clients by giving them the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals. This capacity arms clients with a toolset to create resilient bodies which are healthy and strong.​

I believe in a formula that allows you to not only feel strong but to train pain-free with more energy. The formula is simple. It includes a structured plan consisting of exercise and food choices which bring the least amount of stress to the body. 

Simply put, the best exercises and nutrition that are going to develop a strong body with the least amount of injury or risk.​

​

Throughout my 20s and for my most of my 30s I was heavily over-exercising. This included an excess of cardio and a strength training regime fit for a strongman contest. I looked fit, but my body and mind were worn-out. I struggled with insomnia, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, food cravings, and feeling constantly overwhelmed. To top it all off, I was making poor nutrition choices that left my body depleted. It felt like I was completely falling apart. ​

All attempts to heal my body failed. Switching cardio routines failed, changing exercises failed, stretching, foam rolling, hot baths, and different diets, all failed. Some provided temporary relief, but the inflammation and exhaustion always returned. ​

​

I decided to take a step back into a season of rest and research. What I found was practicing slow steady consistency with each workout was key to recovery. I have replenished my body with smart nutrition and have learned the value of eating enough. And I am happy to say, I have recovered!

​

I continue to have a deep desire to learn and grow my knowledge specifically around biomechanics and how physics is essential for human movement and the application of proper exercise methods. I have learned that you CAN develop a strong body while still maintaining healthy joints, all the while creating a healthy mindset around food and nutrition. 

​

I seek to build fit and strong bodies that are resilient to injury. It is about intentional, highly effective, goal-oriented training that does not wear your body down.
